Terms and Conditions

 1. Prices are set on our tobacco and accessories and cannot be amended.
2. Express delivery via Australia Post. Any delays in delivery are the responsibility of Australia Post. Tracking numbers are provided within 24 hours of purchase.
3. All orders are posted via Express Post the next business day.

4. Cash on pickup available. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.
5. No refunds or exchange on stock. We are not in control of the taste of our stock. Any issues with flavour, we will pass on to our supplier.
6a. Payment confirmation receipts must be sent via email to everythinghookahau@gmail.com within 2 hours of ordering otherwise your order will be cancelled.
6b. Pick up orders must be picked up within 48hours of ordering otherwise your order will be cancelled, unless a prior arrangement has been put in place.
7. In order to use our website and/or receive our services, you must be at least 18 years of age, or of the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and possess the legal authority, right and freedom to enter into these Terms as a binding agreement. You are not allowed to use this website and/or receive services if doing so is prohibited in your country or under any law or regulation applicable to you.
8. When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.  The prices we charge for using our services / for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. 9.  Unfortunately, we do not offer returns on any purchases unless the product is received open.
10. You are responsible for the input of your details in the checkout screen. Orders are posted to the address you provide. Orders cannot be refunded if you have inputted the incorrect address. If you have provided the incorrect address, please send an email to everythinghookahau@gmail.com with the correct address asap.
