Frequently Asked Questions

We only ship Australia-wide. Postage is calculated based on the weight of the total order. We only offer express post to ensure a fast* and smooth delivery. 

*Delays in delivery are due to Australia Post and out of our control.

All orders are sent via express post. Australia post is our delivery partner. They provide a turn around of 2-4 business days depending on final destination. Australia post are responsible for any delays once the order has been posted. You will receive a tracking number.

Unfortunately, we cannot ship to Parcel Lockers or PO Box address. 

Our prices are competitive and at their lowest, so unfortunately we don't.

When you place your order, the address for pick up will be provided.
Once you place your order, you are asked to pick a preferred date and time. We will send you an email that confirms your order is ready for pick up. Please have the correct change if possible. Cash only.

Yes all our products are compliant with Australian Regulations.  We do not sell any tobacco product that is not already plain packaged.  All our tobacco is genuine.

We accept payment via bank transfer or cash on pick up. Kindly email a receipt of confirmation of payment to everythinghookahau@gmail.com so that we can despatch your order if you require delivery. We only have this option as other payment options charge a fee. Our stock is already at a low price so we didn't want to lose any more money. 

Our trading hours are from 9am to 8pm Monday to Sunday.

Our pick up hours differ to our business hours.
Pick up hours are 4pm to 8pm Monday to Sunday.

We are closed on public holidays as is the post office. 

Any orders placed on public holidays will be posted the next business day.
